How Easy Online Tools Can Remove Any Malware – The Secret Costly Computer Techs Aren’t Telling You!

Malware is like a computer virus, in that it gets into your PC without your knowledge, and it harms things it shouldn’t affect, whether it’s rooting through the data on your computer, or doing something hazardous like corrupting important system files leaving you to question what’s taking place. Malware can get in your PC any number of ways, and once it gets into your PC you may not be able to stop it from doing damage to your operating system. Often it might seem as if all is lost, and currently it may very well be, but fortunately there are ways to delete Malware.

So, how do you remove malware?

You should try malware cleaning tools, which are available on the Internet. This software looks at each file in your computer and checks it with all known malware. When the malware file has been discovered, you can delete it from your system. Ordinarily you will decide to erase the malware app, unless it has attached itself to some other data file that you need.

Malware may not impact your computer right away, but there might be a day when it will hit. So by running these online malware detecting apps, you will stay on top of this horrible problem and protect your computer from any damage.

As a computer repair specialist that fixes computers all day long I know that it is often less complicated and cheaper to use a malware removal app than it is to hire a computer specialist. Save your money and use the same tools that I do!

Why Do We Have Malware

by on Sep.22, 2009, under Disccusions

Evening,

Screen Shot of Malwarebytes' Ant-Malware

Malware Busting Software

Today’s post is about one of the best tools that I have found to help remove Malware off of your computer.  There are two versions of this software.  One is FREE and the other one is a paid version.  I have clean computers of Malware which includes viruses, adware, spyware, rootkits, trojans horses, worms you name off of computer hard drives with this great software.  Here is a screen shot of the program.  If it seems like your computer is not working at the speed that it normally does or if you are getting weird messages like your computer is infected.  I highly recommend this program.  It simply works.  As long as you have a Internet connection I would get this program here now before it is too late.  This will save you a costly service call and it will pay for itself time and time again.  I just used it all time and it works. No extra software is installed.    The paid version of Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware protects you while you are online.  It is sort of like a Pop-up blocker or Firewall.  There are increasing  very aggressive malicious code getting on popular websites that are infected thousands of secure systems daily.  This program will block it dead in its tracks.  Trust me I do this for a living.  As a bonus it does not slow down like your system like Norton or others.  Click HERE to order your copy.  Get your computer protected now and save a $300 to $400 service call.

Stay tune for more great software that will protect your PC.

Great Tool To Find Drivers

by on Sep.21, 2009, under Windows XP and Vista Updates for Hardware and Software

One of the problems I run into doing on-site computer support is finding drivers for the customer’s computer that are needed to allow it to run as fast and as stable as possible.  Some computer makers like Dell,  have a very good website that allows you to search for each model number and you can find the appropriate files for the hardware needed.  Other computer makers do not provide a website or the drivers are impossible locate in a timely manner.  Most of the times the customer has no idea where their original CDs are located and sometime the customer does not even get the cd/dvd that are suppose to come with the unit.  Sometime to save money the company will not ship any cd/dvd with a new computer.  It is up to the end user to make the CDs’.  So the customer does not make the copies and then when they call for service and I show up.

I have to think quick.  It is impossible to have the correct drivers for each system.  To many systems.  I guess I could get a portable Terabyte drive and download all the drivers before hand, but this is not the case.  So if I have to reload the operating system,   well the virus is gone, but you have no Internet connection  and oh you have  some none working devices.  The most important driver you need is the network driver so you can least get back on the Internet to get the other drivers.

This use to be very stressful for me until I ran across this new tool call Drive Scanner.  It is great.  I recommend it for tech guys like me that work on computers for a living and you need to work fast.  It is great to get an old slow PC running faster due to old and outdated.  I have fixed many systems just by updating video drivers, network drivers, drivers etc.  Bottom line this software works and it is cheap.  Check it out. You don’t have to be a techie to use this software it just scans and tell you what driver is outdated, download and then install.  Reboot and you are in business.

Thanks,

Good Monday Morning

by on Sep.21, 2009, under Virus Related

Hello,

I hope everyone had a good weekend.  I did.

Let’s get t work.  I had two service calls this weekend.  One was a tough one.  When I got there the customer had no Internet connection on both notebooks.   One was a HP notebook and the other was a Dell.  Neither notebook could see the Internet.  The customer had broadband connection.  Norton Anti Virus was installed and was about to expire.  So I had to remove my old friend Norton and reboot several times.  Norton Anti-Virus no matter what flavor will from my experience shut down your Internet connection if it is about to expire and or it detects a virus.  I have seen Norton shut down your Internet connection if it is out dated too.  So when you remove Norton you need to go to the add/remove program and un-install it.  Reboot and you need to get the un-install utility from here, just click  here now.

Depending on the version of Norton that you have, download the version you need to remove Norton.  The reason you need to do this is because it is recommend by Norton.  They realize Norton embeds very deeply into the registry that the normal add/remove process does not work.  Now after you download the Norton utility, run it and reboot.  Now you system is clean of Norton.  You may notice your system running a little faster.  I always notice after removing Norton the computer runs a lot faster and is more stable.  Most of the virus related calls that I get can be traced back to the installed Anti-Virus package that was installed on the computer when original purchase.  Most computer manufacturers installed a trial version of Norton McAfee etc.  After30-60 days the Anti-Virus is not currently protecting your computer.  You will get constant reminders but if you never renew you will get infected.  I get these calls all of time and the computer is 9 time out of 10 infected.  So if this is happening to you and you know you are infected or think you might be infected.  Before it is two late you need to get these two programs that I use successfully all the time.  Follow these steps.

1.  Remove any Anti-Virus that you currently have and reboot.

2. Purchase this inexpensive Mal-ware removal software.  Go here.

Follow instructions. Run complete scan.  Reboot.  Go to Step 3.

3. Purchase this Anti-Virus program that works and will not slow your system down.  I use it and it works.  Go here.

You are now protected from online threats and you have save yourself a lot of money.  My average service calls run around $300.00 and more.  The two recommend programs I recommend total only cost 64.90.

It is pay now or lot more lately.

Stay Tune for my next post.
